I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, primarily working with Dr. Michele Gelfand. I received my Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Southern California under the mentorship of Dr. Daphna Oyserman.

My primary area of research elucidates the cultural foundation of key outcomes in the public sphere, including conflicts, trust and cooperation, creativity, and the spread of misinformation. My second area of research identifies the roots of social disparities, in an effort to reduce disparities and inspire equity. I pursue these questions using interdisciplinary, creative, and ecologically valid methods, including natural language processing, cross-national comparisons, experience sampling, lab and field experiments, surveys, archival analyses, meta-analysis, and behavioral economic games.

Prior to moving to America, I received education in three countries — China, Australia, and the UK. When I am not on my laptop, I spend most of my time climbing up rocks and going down slopes.

I am currently on the 2023-2024 job market.
